The SmartLean ™ leaning process provides quick and intelligent guidance by sensing the changes in your mixture. Simply press and hold the FUNC button for three seconds and the AuRACLE will prompt you to begin leaning as you normally would.  The AuRACLE will guide you through the process as cylinders start to approach and pass through peak EGT. Each cylinder's current status is displayed using trending arrows just above its respective bars. As you lean for precise ROP or LOP values, the SmartLean ™ status box provides real-time assistance by displaying the current settings relative to the peak EGT. Simply the best leaning assistance a pilot can ask for.
